The Basic Shirt Dress Every Girl Needs

Every summer I look for affordable and casual dresses I can wear all season long. I don’t want to be afraid of ruining my dresses (let’s be honest, during the summertime you’re typically sweating, eating, drinking and running around) so I typically look for a few $50 and under dresses I can wear over and over again and most likely toss at the end of the summer. I find myself continuing to reach for the same dresses week after week because it’s so hot out and I want to wear something comfortable and easy.

You cannot go wrong with a white button up shirt dress. They are so versatile and classic. You can dress it down with flip flops and a headband or dress it up in the evening with heels and some fun earrings. And guess what, if you’re eating a burger and fries and you get ketchup on your dress, no worries because it was only $30! In fact, why not get TWO of the same dress just in case (that’s what I do)!

Also, I’m OBSESSED with these hoop earrings. They are so fun and add such a pretty pop of color to an all white look. They also come in 3 other colors!

This bag has turned out to be one of my favorite summer accessories! It’s so fun and adds such a cute touch to an otherwise basic outfit. Is it practical? No. Is it for everyone? No, but neither are you!
