Drawstring Button Up
Good morning & happy hump day!
I have to be honest and say it has taken me a bit longer than normal to get into the swing of things this January. Normally I’m ready to spark change and get goin’ on goals that I’ve set for myself for the new year but the beginning of 2019 has been different. To be completely honest, I’ve kind of felt in a rut when it comes to creativity and change. Usually I’m really excited for a new year and new opportunity but this year is different for some reason. SO, I’ve decided to take a couple days to myself this week/weekend to be quiet and still and really regroup and ask myself what I really want out of the things I’m doing. I could go on and on but I’m posting this outfit because it’s been one of my go-tos lately as I’ve been trying to shed that holiday fluff and get ready quickly. I love a balloon top that’s comfortable and obviously not tight whatsoever. It’s also been 70 and sunny in Austin the last few days so this is the perfect outfit when it’s technically winter but really feels like spring. ALSO, I don’t know if you’ve noticed but most of my tops are under $100. I actually don’t do that on purpose but I think I subconsciously do that when shopping because I can usually always justify buying another top that’s under $100 even if it looks like 5 other tops I already have… :)
